Three ways we can help

Mobile Notarizations

Acknowledgments, jurats, oaths and affirmations, and certified copies of powers of attorney — at your location, on your schedule. Have your unsigned document ready and a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID. We handle the rest.

Hospital & Care Facility Visits

Patient, unhurried signings at hospitals, skilled nursing, and assisted-living facilities across the San Gabriel Valley. We coordinate timing with family and staff so the signer is alert, ready, and comfortable.

Apostille Service

Documents headed abroad? We review your document, notarize it if needed, and hand-deliver it to the California Secretary of State's Los Angeles office for same-day submission — no mail, no weeks of waiting, no guesswork.

Our apostille service fee does not include state fees, which are set by and paid to the California Secretary of State: $20 per apostille plus a $6 handling fee per public official's signature for in-person submissions. If your document must be notarized before it can be apostilled, the statutory $15-per-signature notarization fee applies to each signature notarized. You'll receive one itemized, all-in total before we confirm your appointment — no surprises at the door. Payment: cash preferred; cards accepted via Square with a card-processing fee included in your quoted total.

How It Works

Your apostille in three steps. We handle the fourth.

Send us the details

Tell us what document you have and what country it's going to. We confirm it qualifies — California-issued or California-notarized documents only — and quote your total up front.

We prepare & notarize

If your document needs notarization first, we take care of it at your location in the same appointment.

We hand-deliver

We take your document directly to the Secretary of State's Los Angeles office. Walk-in submissions are typically processed the same day.

You get it back

Pick up your apostilled document or have it delivered — ready for use abroad.

Documents issued by federal agencies — FBI background checks, USCIS documents, IRS records — require federal authentication in Washington, D.C., not a California apostille. Not sure which yours needs? Ask us before you pay anyone.

FAQ

Before your appointment

What ID do I need?

A government-issued photo ID that is current or was issued within the last 5 years: a California driver's license or ID card, a U.S. or foreign passport, or another form of ID permitted by California law. Unsure about yours? Ask when you book.

Can you notarize a document that's already signed?

For a jurat, the document must be signed in front of the notary — never sign it in advance. For an acknowledgment, you may sign beforehand, but you must appear in person and acknowledge the signature.

Can you tell me what type of notarization I need or fill out my document?

No — a notary cannot choose the notarial act for you or complete your document. The party issuing or receiving your document must tell you what's required, and documents must be complete (no blanks) before notarization.

How long does an apostille take?

Documents we hand-deliver to the Los Angeles office are typically processed the same day. Mail-in requests to Sacramento can take several weeks.

What documents can be apostilled?

California-notarized documents and California public records — birth, marriage, and death certificates, court documents, and corporate filings. County-issued vital records may need county clerk certification first; we'll flag that during review. Federal documents can't be apostilled by California.

How do I pay?

Cash is preferred. Cards are accepted via Square; a card-processing fee applies and is always included in the total we quote you before the appointment. Note that the Secretary of State's Los Angeles office does not accept cash for state fees — we handle that payment as part of our delivery service.

Where do you serve?

Everywhere in the San Gabriel Valley — Pasadena, Arcadia, Monrovia, Duarte, Azusa, Glendora, San Gabriel, Alhambra, Temple City, Rosemead, El Monte, Baldwin Park, Covina, West Covina, and neighboring communities. Outside the SGV? Ask — we often can, with an extended travel fee.
